Strengthxx is a white powder made from a low molecular weight modified polymer. Its fine particle size ensures excellent and uniform distribution throughout the polymer matrix during processing.
Strengthxx delivers three primary benefits:

The recommended dosage is 1% to 3% of the total batch size. The exact dosage depends on the quality of your raw material (polymer and filler grade). Start with 1% and increase gradually while monitoring product performance to find the optimal level for your specific formulation.
Strengthxx should be added to the mixer at 80°C to 90°C. At this temperature range, it melts and blends uniformly with the polymer and filler mix, ensuring even distribution throughout the batch before the compound is fed into the extruder or processing machine.

Yes. Recycled plastics often have compromised mechanical properties and inconsistent filler distribution due to mixed polymer grades. Strengthxx’s dispersion-enhancing and compatibilizing properties make it an excellent additive for upgrading the performance of recycled material, helping processors maintain product quality even when using lower-grade input material.
Strengthxx is available in 25 kg laminated bags. The laminated packaging protects the product from moisture ingress during transport and storage.
